Water filter machinery 1) Process: Sand filter system equipped with water distributor on top and bottom of the vessel, water collector in the center of the vessel, small, granular size of sand filter being filled by 2/3s of the vessel for filtration need, to remove the large particles from 10 to 1000 micrometers from the inlet water. Active carbon filter to absorb the chloride content, color and odor from the water. 5 micron filter to prevent the granular active carbon from going into the RO system 2) Water softener: If the raw water is with hardness ratio above 100mg/L, water softener will be equipped to low down the hardness ratio by using resin ion exchange system, the system is equipped with auto water softening control valve and salt solution tank for the resin regeneration. 3) RO membrane: RO membrane is with 99% salt rejection ratio, final water from the single pass RO will be with 30ppm to 50ppm TDS ratio, 60%-70% pure water recovery ratio. 4) Pump protection: each pump inlet will be equipped with pressure and water level protection system to be connected to the electrical controlling unit for automatic process. (5) Filter changes: Sand /active carbon filter: every 3 or 4 years, automatic backwash and cleaning every time start the machine, every 8 hours automatic backwash cleaning. Micron filter: every 6 months RO membrane: every 2 years depend on water quality change. 6) Clean the RO membrane: RO membrane automatic backwash and cleaning every time start the machine, every 2 hours automatic backwash cleaning.
